Amanda joins Merit America after spending fifteen years in public education. During her time as an educational leader, Amanda developed a passion for coaching adults, and found joy in supporting others to reach their goals and find fulfillment in their careers. As a high school administrator, Amanda witnessed firsthand the equity issues embedded in current education and career readiness programs, and is dedicated to work that makes a difference in people’s lives. As a program success manager and career coach at Merit, she’s looking forward to working with learners to reach their goals and find meaningful, life-changing opportunities. When not working, you can find Amanda traveling with family, cooking, gardening, and practicing yoga.
