In her role as Director of People Initiatives, Pam is responsible for driving the improvement of People systems across Merit America and executing strategic and operational priorities that drive organizational performance. She is passionate about building people-focused cultures and developing solutions that improve the employee experience in the public and nonprofit sectors.
Most recently, Pam served as Director of Strategy & Operations for the NYC Department of Education’s Office of Data Management, where she was a strategic advisor, drove organizational effectiveness, and led cross-functional initiatives. She has also served in various program management and operational roles at organizations such as the Youth Development Institute at Ramapo for Children, Coro New York Leadership Center, and Community Resource Exchange. Pam received her MPA from New York University and BA from Wheaton College (MA), where she was a Posse Scholar. She is also a certified professional coach and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
