Rosaleida is passionate about helping underserved communities gain the skills and confidence to become self-sufficient while breaking through any barriers they may face. She feels deeply about increasing accessibility and awareness of resources.
Rosaleida has a bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Counseling Services, both from Rider University. Rosaleida began her career providing mental health counseling to marginalized communities. She transitioned into workforce development where she supported displaced homemakers and survivors of domestic violence in their employment goals.
She is from New Jersey and loves to spend her free time writing music, binge-watching television shows and cuddling with her puppy. Rosaleida is excited to help learners feel supported, confident in their skills and grow with them!
