Merit America is on a mission to build a scalable pathway for workers to land tech careers. We will help you earn an industry-recognized credential from our partner Google in as little as 16 weeks with the flexibility you need as a Lyft driver. Pay $0 upfront and only pay after program completion if you’re earning $40,000 or more.
Our fast, flexible programs are built for working adults like you. We start by analyzing tens of millions of job postings to identify high-paying tech careers, and then train for these roles with part-time programs that combine flexible online learning with best-in-class coaching.
Finally, we connect you with our professional network—nearly 16,000 alumni across various industries—along with top employers nationwide, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Google, Amazon, Accenture, Southwest Airlines, and more. The majority of our alumni report an average annual wage gain of nearly $21,000 three or more months after completing the program.

Our programs are built for people with busy lives. Your coursework and meetings are online, and live meetings are only 3-5 hours per week. You can complete the technical coursework (through providers like Google) in-between shifts, on weekends – whatever works for your life.
