Merit America is on a mission to build a scalable pathway for workers to land tech careers. We will help you earn an industry-recognized credential from our partner Google in as little as 14 weeks with the flexibility you need as a Lyft driver. Pay $0 upfront and only pay after program completion if you’re earning $40,000 or more.
Our fast, flexible programs are built for working adults like you. We start by analyzing tens of millions of job postings to identify high-paying tech careers, and then train for these roles with part-time programs that combine flexible online learning with best-in-class coaching.
Finally, we connect you with our professional network—nearly 14,000 alumni across various industries—along with top employers nationwide, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Google, Amazon, Accenture, Southwest Airlines, and more. On average, our alumni experience a $24,000 wage increase three or more months after completing the program.

Work Life Balance
Your third-party coursework and Merit America career coaching services are online. Live meetings are only 3-5 hours per week. You can complete the coursework in-between work shifts, on weekends – whatever works for your life.
