Our model not only fuels growth but also delivers transformative, equitable results with clear impact. While relevant training programs reach fewer than 100k people combined annually, we’re designed for massive scale. In our first five years, we’ve served over 9,200 learners.

Impact

We provide pathways to upward mobility for adults and their families. Our alumni gain an average of $24,000 in annual wage gains, three or more months after completing our program. This is almost double our average pre-program salary of $26,000 a year.

Sustainability

We believe that non-profit is a tax status, not a business plan. Our sustainability comes from a combination of low costs due to scale and earned revenue tied directly to our mission.
