As Merit America’s Strategy Analyst, Anna leverages actionable insights and performance measurement to drive sustainable projects and processes. Partnering closely with the executive team, she leads cross-functional initiatives to deliver data-driven results and maximize organizational effectiveness.
Before joining the Merit America team, Anna streamlined systems and built programs at Tech Elevator as a Business Analyst, empowering individuals to secure meaningful tech careers. With a passion for crafting solutions that deliver results and drive organizational growth, Anna has worked in diverse industries including non-profit, consumer goods, and media & experiential agencies.
Anna was recently named a Stokes Fellow, a multi-generational group of community leaders focused on policy areas including, education, health, housing, public safety, and workforce development. She also serves on a SHRM Workforce Readiness committee, delivering learning opportunities to support economic development initiatives across sectors.
A proud #ZagAlum, Anna lives in Cleveland with her husband and enjoys hosting board game nights, participating in her community garden, and traveling to explore and visit loved ones.
