Bakari Olivetti

Bakari is passionate about helping underserved populations gain the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in their careers and lives. Before joining Merit America, she worked at Goodwill of Colorado where she recruited, coached, and taught job seekers through job training programs. She believes that everyone is worthy of a stable and well-paying career path no matter where they come from or what they are used to. Bakari grew up in a small town in Vermont and received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northeastern University. She is excited to not only support learners as they navigate their job search, but also learn from them! Outside of work, you can find Bakari on a run, trying out a new coffee shop, or perusing the local farmers market.
