Brittany is a Program Success Manager and Career Coach at Merit America. She is passionate about providing individualized career coaching to meet the diverse needs of learners and in helping them identify and tap into their full potential. She believes in the importance of creating a welcoming space to foster growth and empowerment, while also providing the optimal balance between challenge and support.
Brittany joins us with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany in New York, and a Google Professional Certificate in Project Management. Her professional experiences range from mental health counseling to higher education where she served as an Academic and Life Coach, Career Coach, Program Manager, and Adjunct Instructor. Within these roles, she has been able to help others navigate mental health, financial, academic, and professional barriers.
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys traveling, cooking and trying new dishes, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her fur-baby, Riley.
