Jennay Rechel-Barkley

Jennay is passionate about helping others reach their career goals. She completed her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at Tiffin University and began her career in Higher Education and Career Coaching before transitioning to Talent Development within the startup environment. Jennay specifically has a heart to help underrepresented populations and makes it her life’s mission to ensure everyone has access to quality career training and educational resources to reach their full potential.

When she is not helping learners, you can find her hanging with her husband and 2 pups, Winnie & Sam. She also enjoys travel, DIY projects, cooking, binge-watching a good show and all things artsy!
