Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy and Operations
In her role as Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, Jessica partners with sales, account management, and marketing to drive revenue, craft and execute sales strategies, and optimize performance. Prior to Merit America, Jessica served as the Area Director of Revenue for Hyatt as it expanded its Thompson footprint in Texas. Prior to Hyatt, Jessica served as the Regional Director of Revenue West Coast for Convene, overseeing Convene’s expansion into the Midwest and West Coast for its coworking and meeting venues. Jessica has opened and transitioned properties in Chicago, Austin, Washington DC, Zihuatanejo, Santa Cruz, and Big Sur. Jessica began her career in San Francisco, CA for a boutique hotel brand and found her passion for revenue operations as that brand expanded to be one of the largest boutique brands in the USA and then internationally.
