As a proud first generation college graduate, Leslie is committed to breaking down barriers that keep marginalized groups from succeeding. Prior to joining Merit America, Leslie served as an Academic Success Coach for a TRIO Student Support Services Program. There she co-designed and taught a 4 year curriculum, designed to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and support systems essential for academic, and professional success.
Equipped with 8 years of experience coaching and supporting learners of all ages, with her as your coach you will:

Leslie received her Bachelor of Science degree from MacMurray College, in Educational Studies, and Master of Science degree from Cardinal Stritch University, in Higher Education Student Affairs Leadership
