Olivia Cunningham

Olivia is the Talent Development Lead at Merit America, part of the Learning & People Experience team. In this role, she strives to create thoughtful, meaningful and impactful learning experiences for Merit America staff across all levels. Olivia joins Merit America from a fintech firm where she served as an Instructional Designer and prior to that, higher education where she executed on learning and talent development initiatives for university staff. She brings a deep passion and commitment for helping people to learn and grow wherever they are in their work. Olivia has an MPA and an MS in Instructional Technology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. When she’s not at work, Olivia enjoys reading, dancing, and learning new crafts and hobbies. Most recently, she’s been dabbling in the art of breadmaking and attempting to sew her own clothes.
