Thu Do design experiences for the most recognizable companies, startups, and consulting firms in the world. She utilizes her expertise in Design, Customer Strategy, and Management to deliver highly customizable experiences.
Thu holds a Design degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design, a Master’s in Business Management from Indiana University, and has been an instructor at graduate and boot camp programs throughout the US.
Adventurous at heart, her prior entrepreneurial ventures range from food tech to fashion, travel, and social impact ventures. As the Head of Experience Design at Merit America, Thu combines her extensive experience in design management and education with her passion for social impact to provide opportunities for underserved communities. A global citizen, Thu thrives on connections with people and cultures around the world.
