Victoria Hill

Victoria joins Merit America having served as an Academic Advisor and Instructor at the University of Texas at Dallas. During her time at UTD, she assisted students in course planning and academic progression to graduation. She also taught and created content for freshman seminar courses such as study skills and career tips/tricks. She is passionate about giving back to the community and truly believes in Merit’s mission that one should be able to advance their life based on merit, not money. Victoria comes to Merit America with almost 11 years of experience in the education field. She believes heavily in servant leadership and has assisted students and organizations in a variety of capacities such as admissions, financial aid, marketing and academic advising. She is excited to take these experiences and pour into the Merit America learners as they embark on a journey to change their lives.
