We start by analyzing millions of job postings to identify in-demand roles, then train for those roles through part-time online learning paired with best-in-class coaching.

After completing the program, learners gain access to a growing network of nearly 14,000 alumni and top employers nationwide, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Google, Amazon, Accenture, and Southwest Airlines. On average, alumni experience a $21,000 wage increase three or more months after program completion.

Flexible & Online

Work Life Balance

Your third-party coursework and Merit America career coaching services are online. Live meetings are only 3-5 hours per week. You can complete the coursework in-between work shifts, on weekends – whatever works for your life.
