Transitioning to a new career takes strategy, which is why we offer Job Search Your Way. After completing your technical training, you decide how you want to tackle the job market.

If you thrive on structure and momentum, you can opt into our Alumni Career Accelerator (ACA). This optional four-week career sprint provides intensive 1:1 coaching and accountability as you transition into your next career step. If you need more time, up to two additional weeks of support are available.

If you prefer to move at your own pace, you can utilize our on-demand Career Services. As a Merit America alum, you retain lifelong access to targeted coaching support for interview preparation, offer negotiation or future career transitions whenever you need it.
While we cannot guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes, we are committed to equipping you with a comprehensive training curriculum, professional career development resources, and dedicated job placement support. Once you begin your program, you’ll have 5 weeks to cancel with no penalty. Plus, our Merit America Guarantee ensures that if you don’t earn at least $40,000 within two years of completing the Immersion phase, you won’t be required to pay—making the program risk-free.
Investing in your future is a big decision, and you deserve to feel completely confident in the support you will receive.
