Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, Amanda has always enjoyed helping people gain clarity and confidence to pursue their career goals.
After relocating to Dallas in 2017, she became a Career Advisor at a local trade school where she found meaning in her work by training students and helping them obtain their dream job!
She is passionate about coaching and has developed countless professional growth workshops in resume writing, interview skills, networking with others and more! She enjoys challenging people to strengthen their skills while attaining insight, encouragement and inspiration to achieve their goals in a safe space.
Amanda is fueled by her passion to help others. She considers herself a ‘lifelong learner,’ always eager to continue developing her own skills. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her success as a Career Coach.
Amanda believes mindfulness is key to success – she enjoys reading, traveling and crafting.
Amanda holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a Minor in English from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.
