Anja Nikolic
Program Success Manager & Career Coach
Anja lives in Denver, Colorado, but her story started in Belgrade, Serbia. She moved to the United States as a refugee alongside her family. When she moved to Seattle, her family spoke with a career coach – they were so personable, positive, and encouraging that she knew from a young age that she wanted to be a career coach and have that same impression on folks.
Her professional experiences range from higher education to tech, where she served as a Career Coach, Program Manager, and Recruiter. Within these roles, she has been able to help others navigate academic and professional barriers and help folks land their dream roles in the tech industry. Anja earned her B.A. in Public Health from the University of Washington.
Outside of work, Anja enjoys hiking with her husband and 2 kitties, Luna and Milo – who are both harness trained! Additionally, she does wildlife photography to bring forth conservation efforts to the states of Colorado and Washington.
