Chakayla is a Program Success Manager & Career Coach and an alumna of Merit America’s IT Support track! Upon completing the program she started her tech career with one of the industry’s leading CRM software companies.

After 14 years of experience in customer-facing roles, she enjoys being a trusted advisor who provides effective solutions to complex situations. During her time in tech, she has developed technical troubleshooting skills, expert familiarity with operating systems, and mastery of modern ticketing systems.
