Chelsea Haskins

Chelsea has spent the last 10+ years working various roles in a number of different industries from hospitality to healthcare to the financial sector. After many years of working what felt like dead-end jobs, Chelsea finally found her calling in recruiting. Chelsea started her Merit America journey as a Job Success Specialist, bringing her knowledge as a previous IT recruiter to our job seeking learners to help them land careers in tech. Though Chelsea loved working with our learners, she wanted to get back to her recruiting roots and has since moved in to a role on the Talent Acquisition team. She is committed to providing an excellent candidate experience to anyone who is interested in joining the organization. She is excited to continue to help build our diverse and passionate teams!
