Edison is a graduate of the Merit America IT Support program who is passionate about anything tech-related. He is Google IT Support and CompTIA Sec+ certified. Growing up, he loves reading and researching the latest tech and gadgets, which led to him building computers and figuring out how to make it a career. With over 10 years of experience working in different facets of Retail & Warehouse logistics, he has intensive experience in customer service, an eye for detail, processes, and making sure it’s a positive experience for all involved. With the belief that technology is a great equalizer and certainly a great tool to achieve a better quality of life, Edison is excited to further his knowledge in the IT field and looks forward to sharing his learnings!
