Laura Monnier

Laura Monnier is a passionate career development coach who loves helping others explore who they really are, and to realize that they are worthy of the best that life has to offer. With over a decade of experience in corporate retail, account management, relationship development, career development and coaching, Laura combines her experience, skills and heart to help others succeed both personally and professionally. Over the past two and a half years, Laura has worked with a workforce development program that supports those coming out of addiction and incarceration. It is in this position that she has felt most fulfilled in bringing coaching to the non profit space. Laura was drawn to the mission and the purpose of Merit America, and cannot wait to continue growing as a leader in nonprofit workforce development. Laura lives in the Midwest with her husband, and enjoys furthering her craft as an abstract artist.
