Lea is the Revenue Operations Analyst at Merit America. Her role focuses on maintaining data systems and assisting in operationalizing and streamlining key revenue-driving partnerships to improve business outcomes. She also collaborates with teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that boost revenue generation.
Prior to Merit America, her role as Onboard Revenue Operations Manager in the maritime hotel operations industry led her to successfully implement a number of process improvements that resulted in significant revenue growth, opened and setup two mega cruise ships at Norwegian Cruise Lines within 4 years. Lea then transitioned her career as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to a tech startup company, Blip Media, where she successfully improved its product development process by identifying and prioritizing the features that are most important to its customers.
Lea obtained her B.A. in Communication Arts from Miriam College in the Philippines as a scholarship recipient, nurturing the passion for women’s rights and social responsibility. She enhanced her skill set through Merit America’s Data Analytics Program, aligning herself with the socio-economic opportunities of her new journey in the US. With her decade of experience on both land and sea, Lea consistently offers her analytical acumen to propel organizations to success.
