Tonya Logan is the Director for the People Ops team with overall responsibility for scaling and operationalizing programs that empower employees to reach their growth goals. She is a self-described servant leader, motivated by helping others maximize their potential. Tonya firmly believes “people” are the most valuable asset in every business and measures her success directly by every individual’s overall success. She is laser-focused on building a first-class work experience for every employee that focuses on individual well-being.
Tonya is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration and minor in Communications from Sam Houston State University. She has worked across diverse industries to maximize her exposure to operational and strategic best practices. That experience includes scaling operations for start-ups and highly matrixed organizations. Her success includes implementing diversity equity and inclusion programs, best place to work initiatives, and transformational projects to develop high-performing cultures. She is often referred to as the “HR Whisperer” and lives by the motto, “take the job seriously and yourself lightly”.
