Hello! I am Allie Johnson (she/her) and I am a Job Success Specialist. Originally from Massachusetts, I got my M.S. in Counselor Education from Mississippi State before moving to Georgia in 2012.
I worked in higher education for 14 years prior to joining the Merit America team, and have a background in career coaching, leadership and supervision, and residence life. Helping others thrive is at the heart of what I do. I love assisting and empowering learners to identify goals and define personal
success along their career journey – one “ah ha” moment, resume revision, and interview coaching session at a time. I value building relationships and work to establish rapport through positivity, support, mutual trust, and a healthy dose of “mom” jokes.
Outside of work, I love listening to the Ologies podcast, doing puzzles, trying all the ice cream, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and Australian Cattle Dog, Tackleberry.
