Ashley Rizzotto

Coach Manager, Job Success

Ashley is a Brooklyn, NY native now living in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She has a passion for maximizing the potential of others through strategic support and confidence building in order to achieve their dreams. She is known for her positive attitude and eagerness to identify creative and individualized solutions.

She has a B.A. of Sociology with minors in Health + Wellness and Gender Studies from Stony Brook University. She also has an M.Ed. in Higher Education from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She started her career working on college campuses in South Florida including Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University. Over the 5 years of career coaching in these roles, she relied on her curiosity and love of learning to become an expert in fostering job success for learners in healthcare, business, liberal arts, and visual/performing arts. She is excited to add technology to the list while here at Merit America.

She advocates for her learners to never settle for less in their career journeys and had the honor of sharing her own story and strategies through a TEDx Talk in 2019 on Mastering the Art of the Interview. She has also won awards including: New Professional Award (2019) from the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, and the Theresa Montanero 200% Leadership Award (2015) from Stony Brook University.
