Daniela Karaki Suarez

Daniela, or Dani, is a South Florida native with an innate passion for career coaching and supporting individuals in realizing their potential. Through a strength-based and inclusive approach, she values recognizing and developing people’s abilities through encouraging relationship building. She joins us with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Florida International University and an M.S. in College Student Affairs from Nova Southeastern University with a focus on Conflict Analysis & Resolution. As a Program Success Manager and Career Coach now, Dani empowers individuals to feel confident in their career explorations and goal setting. Her experience builds upon a strong foundation in Higher Education and career advising, where she now brings her love for education, counseling, and technology to the staff and learners at Merit America.

In her spare time, Dani is an avid board-game lover with over forty in her growing collection. Most evenings, she is playing some form of game night with loved ones, whether it be in-person or virtual. She partakes regularly in Zumba classes and escape rooms, fueling both her mental and physical sides. Also, you can typically find her at stand-up or improv comedy shows on the weekends!
