Quintrel Lenore

Quintrel aka “Q”, is coming to Merit America after previously working at the Virginia Department of Veterans Services as the V3 Transition Program Manager where he led a team of 4 that provided employment related support to military service members leaving the armed forces. Quintrel has spent 10 years working in Higher Ed in a variety of roles including Employer Development, Career Advising and Academic Advising. Q is a former student-athlete playing football at James Madison University as an undergrad which ultimately played a role in his early career decision of becoming a Sports Performance Coach. Working in Higher Ed has helped Q develop coaching and training skills which has led him to his path to Merit. Outside of work, Q enjoys rapping, making beats, working out, growing his business and watching YouTube videos on entrepreneurship. Quintrel lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and 2 kids.
