With over a decade in the trade, Stephanie has lived in and out of the fast lane using open sourced tools to solve interesting problems. Stephanie’s education background in Sociology, a few years in Army Intelligence, and a gentle nudge into Software Engineering shows that no one’s path into programming needs to be straight. She has mentored with various groups such as America Needs You, Built By Girls, and Hour Of Code to help shape a future with more diverse backgrounds in the tech space.
