Meghan Cressman

Meghan is Merit America’s Vice President of Development leading an incredible team of fundraising professionals who partner with generous and visionary partners to fuel Merit’s impact. With nearly two decades of working to advance social impact, Meghan is responsible for building and leading Merit’s philanthropic revenue generation.
Meghan’s past experience includes major and principal gifts fundraising, as well as building and leading high-performing teams in higher education and nonprofit organizations including Teach For America and New Story. She merges time-tested fundraising practices with a zeal for innovation to help build a more just and equitable world.

Meghan lives in State College Pennsylvania with her husband and three adventurous children. You can find her cheering on Penn State athletic teams, running, trying new recipes, or chauffeuring her kids to their approximately one million activities.
