Merit America is proud to partner with K-12 Schools to provide opportunities for parents, families, recent graduates, alumni, and other community members to land a new job in as little as 14 weeks.
Build your career with merit
Our fast, flexible programs are built for working adults like you. We start by analyzing tens of millions of job postings to identify in-demand, high-paying tech careers, and then train for these roles with part-time programs that combine flexible online learning with best-in-class coaching.
Finally, we work with a learners to find higher-earning, family-sustaining jobs, with alumni seeing an average wage gain of $24k 3+ months after completing the program.
Merit America is on a mission to build a scalable pathway for workers to join the middle class through merit, not money. We will help you earn an industry-recognized credential from our partner Google in as little as 14 weeks without quitting your day job. Pay $0 upfront and only pay after if you’re earning $40,000 or more.

Learn on your time, from anywhere, while keeping your day job
Our programs are built for people with busy lives. Your coursework and meetings are online, and live meetings are only 3-5 hours per week. You can complete the technical coursework (through providers like Google) in-between shifts, on weekends – whatever works for your life.
