Amber Wilcots

Amber studied locally, at the University of Houston-Downtown, to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a teacher. After many years in the classroom, Amber earned her master’s degree in Educational Business Administration and began assisting students and educators in various leadership roles. Along with education, Amber developed a love for coaching and began helping clients reach personal and professional goals. Amber was drawn to Merit America’s mission and began as a volunteer who assisted learners during the mock interview process. Soon she decided to apply for a role as a Program Success Manager/ Career Coach at Merit and officially joined the team in summer 2022.
