Argeny Jimenez

Argeny is the first ever Sourcing Talent Acquisition Partner at Merit America. He comes to us with over 4 years of recruiting experience- sourcing and hiring in education and tech specifically Software Engineers. Before transitioning into Talent Acquisition Argeny had a brief career in law enforcement where he quickly realized that his community approach style of policing was better suited in recruiting. He has Bachelors Degree in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a minor in sociology and is the current president of PLJ Consulting LLC. Argeny is passionate about people and his goal in life is to leave this world a better place than it was yesterday.
