Bethany Orban
Director, Government Partnerships
Bethany leads our Government Partnerships team at Merit America, which focuses on building innovative programs through public-private partnerships. These partnerships bring together key community partners to provide training for residents at little to no cost, building a new pathway to the middle class for low-income residents, while meeting the needs of local employers.
Previously at Merit America, Bethany built the Employer Partnerships revenue stream, working with employers across the U.S. to provide talented and diverse candidates to companies hiring non-degreed talent. Prior to joining Merit America, she worked in community development on a local and national scale; first as the Communications Director for the Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance and later with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
