Diane is a Program Success Manager and Career Coach at Merit America. Diane has been Success coaching for 4+ years and a coach for sport and fitness for 7+. Diane has had many career changes, prior to coaching Diane was a former Scientist for 6 years, owner of a sustainable, all-natural organic foods pop-up Café. She has held various jobs in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Yoga Instructor. Through each career change, she learned more about herself, her strengths, work style, and the job hiring process. This has fueled her passion to help others recognize their strengths and empower them to create avenues of success for themselves.
