Jessica Dillard
Learner Support Associate
Prior to joining Merit America, she worked with community college students inside and out of the classroom; in the areas of student life and organizations, academic advising, and university transfer and exploration. Additionally, Jessica adjunct instructs for College Success courses that prepare students to succeed in their education and careers.
Jessica sought Merit America out for her next adventure because of the mission and goals for the learners.
When she isn’t supporting others to reach their goals, Jessica can be found picking “matos” (tomatoes) in the backyard garden with her two-year-old, participating in family dinners, and spending time with her friends that are just like family.
