Jula is a Business Development Representative at Merit America, developing partnerships with employers to place learners after they graduate. She is part of the sustainability team at Merit America and enjoys the relationship-building aspect of sales.
Jula is passionate about workforce development and has worked at several nonprofits whose missions were similar to Merit America. She has mentored underrepresented and overlooked talent, especially people of color and women.
Jula has written a book about sales for women entrepreneurs and has launched a career coaching and tarot business to help clients who are experiencing transitions in their lives. She is an avid hiker, a lover of the ocean, and a dedicated Swiftie.
