She has 10+ years of career coaching experience and currently serves as a Senior Program Success Manager & Career Coach at Merit America. Her specializations include career assessments, career transitions, networking, and job search strategies and she enjoys helping individuals find meaningful work.
She holds a Master of Science in Career Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from San Francisco State University. Kali is also a certified practitioner in the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and served as past Georgia Career Development Association president. She likes playing with dirt when she can, creating pottery.
