Kate Gray
Coordinator, Alumni Relations
Kate joins Merit America after almost a decade in the higher education field. Most recently as the Career Services and Alumni Connections Manager at Augsburg University, Kate supported a diverse population of students and alumni as they developed career readiness skills and navigated their job and internship searches. She loves helping job seekers find meaningful and sustaining work that compliments their talents, interests, and skills.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys exploring nature through hiking and walking. She also loves spending time with loved ones, listening to podcasts, and eating good food.
Kate holds her Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Change and Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from The College of St. Scholastica.
