Kenitza is a proud first generation college graduate and professional. Her passion for helping others stemmed from her journey in navigating the educational inequalities she faced in academia. Kenitza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and a Master’s of Science in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). For the past 6 years, she has worked in a college setting providing academic and career coaching support for students from diverse backgrounds. Kenitza is committed to access and continuing to create equitable and inclusive spaces for underserved and marginalized populations. Her passion for helping others reach their goals is what excites her the most!
