Lauren Ray
Job Success Specialist
I am a passionate social sector professional with experience supporting workers breaking into tech careers, leading international development projects, and managing large-scale events. My core values of curiosity, integrity, and authenticity are the catalyst behind my passion for social change and underlie my work across sectors from public health to youth sports. My dedication to workforce development combines my passion for people with my belief that economic mobility can transform generations.
Before returning to the junction of tech and workforce development, I managed cross-sectoral monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects in East Africa and the creation and translation of mental health resource toolkits for youth and marginalized populations in Latin America and globally. Prior to this, I mobilized the JVA Social Justice Task Force to create and distribute racial justice curricula, recommend organizational policies to volleyball clubs nationwide, and support Black and Brown junior athletes across the country.
In my free time, I am an avid potter and can be found playing and coaching volleyball and cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks.
