Linnette Cordoba

Linnette is a Program Success Manager and Career Coach at Merit America helping learners prepare for the job field by assisting with everything career readiness such as resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, LinkedIn, and more.

Coming from a social work background, Linnette is passionate about seeing others thrive and reach their highest potential. Linnette comes from Colombian descent and holds the immigrant community dear to her heart. Upon graduating from high school, she was unsure about what career path to follow but she did know one thing for certain and that was that she wanted to help others. This led her to pursue social work which has allowed her to work in psychotherapy as well as career coaching over the last 7 years. She is thrilled to be at Merit America where she has the opportunity to impact people’s lives and help them reach their goals and aspirations. 

Linnette loves to spend time with her friends and family. She loves to travel, dance, try new foods, soak up the sun at the beach, laugh until her stomach hurts, and make every day count.
