Louis Fico

Louis is the Senior Salesforce Administrator at Merit America. He comes from a well-rounded web development & software engineering background, where he began his journey into Salesforce by way of creating integrations. Skills used during that time mapped seamlessly into the current demands in the Salesforce ecosystem. His passion for learning led him toward 5 Salesforce certifications, including Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, and Integration Architect.

Having been awarded the “Alfred P. Stiernotte Memorial Prize” for his contributions as a Teaching Assistant for the Philosophy department at Quinnipiac University, he was certain from the outset that his desired career path should involve applying his technical expertise toward an organization that enables learners to achieve their goals.

With a solid drive to gain and share knowledge, Louis’ professional past-times include reading technical books & documentation while contributing to open-source projects.

Outside of work, he enjoys speed chess, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family, which includes 3 dogs.
