Masha Finn

Senior Program Success Coach

Masha joins Merit America after more than a decade in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. Most recently as a Career Counselor at Hamline University, Masha supported students, including a growing number of first-generation college students, as they developed career readiness skills and navigated job and internship searches. She loves helping job-seekers recognize their strengths and feel empowered to pursue roles that are both meaningful and financially sustaining. In addition to the joy of supporting job-seekers 1:1, she loves facilitating workshops and presentations that get students engaged, laughing (hopefully), and feeling confident about achieving their goals.

Masha enjoys exploring nature through outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, and backpacking. She also loves reading, doing puzzles, and meeting your pets.

Masha holds an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a BA in International Relations and French & Francophone Studies from Carleton College.
