Monica Floyd
Program Director
Monica joins Merit America with a background in community and workforce development. Prior to joining the Merit team, Monica was the Program Director for StreetWise Partners, a workforce development mentorship organization based out of Washington, DC. She is energized by work that builds capacity and helps others reach their goals, and believes you have to center this work around empowerment and equity to be successful. Outside of work, Monica loves all outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, and camping. Originally from Oakland, CA, Monica now lives in Washington, DC and believes she gets the best of both coasts!
