Oscar Romero is a senior engineer at Merit America. He has an untraditional pathway to tech having completed a bootcamp in 2018 to kickstart his career in software development. Oscar most recently worked in the civic technology space and is very passionate the work Merit America is doing.
As a first generation immigrant from Mexico, he aspires to make life in the US for anyone a just and equitable home where they may thrive and achieve their dreams.
