Paula comes to Merit America from the hospitality industry where she worked in restaurant management. What kept her there was the satisfaction of exceeding the expectations of her guests and a genuine passion for helping people have a better day.
She is a proud alum of the IT Support program which she joined with the intention of transitioning into a helpdesk position where she could help end users. However, while attending Merit America, she fell in love with the mission and joined our team for the exciting opportunity to affect positive, long lasting change in the lives of future learners.
When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family and friends, trying to train her dog to be a better boy, and keeping most of the plants in her garden alive!
