Robert Marshall

Robert is passionate about helping others reach their career goals by leveraging the experience he has gained working in the Dallas – Ft. Worth technology sector for over 25 years. His background consists of a wide variety of roles including innovation instruction and consulting, product management, business development, and project management. Most recently, Robert co-founded RDM Innovation Training, a training and consulting company focused on the practical application of leading innovation practices to drive organizational improvement and competitive differentiation. Before that, he served as a Principal Innovation Consultant at Dell where he was an innovation subject matter expert that provided global training and consulting to internal teams and customers on how to drive business outcomes through effective innovation. Robert recently co-authored a book titled Applied Innovation: The Field Guide and is an acknowledged contributor to the book Business Innovation in the Cloud . He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
