Rosanne Lush

Rosanne Lush is a versatile and empathetic professional with a passion for supporting people in their professional growth. One of her first jobs out of school was an administrative position at a small software company. She took that opportunity to soak up technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience by supporting clients using their platform. From that launching point in tech, she worked in application administration, business analysis, project management, and consulting in the private and public sectors. These experiences reinforced her belief that technology is an available pathway to life-changing opportunities. In her role as a coach at Merit America, Rosanne pulls from her experience as a career-changer in tech to support learners as they journey on their own unique career path to technology.

In her personal time, she enjoys biking, crafting, and cat/plant-moming.
