Sabrina Louissaint

Sabrina is Program Success Manager and Career Coach at Merit America. Sabrina has over five years of experience in professional development and support services. As a PSMCC, Sabrina’s mission is to empower professionals to reach their full potential. Sabrina started her career at Nova Southeastern University, assisting undergraduate and graduate students with career development and understanding transferable skills gained in the writing center. She successfully created training on professional development for consultants and was able to spearhead a women’s empowerment group to help those in recovery re-enter the workforce.

Over the years, Sabrina has assisted professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds, including recent graduates, mid-career changers, and seasoned executives seeking to enhance their leadership skills. Her coaching style is characterized by empathy, active listening, and unwavering support. She is dedicated to helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and a clear sense of direction in their career paths and excels in resume writing, networking, and marketing.

Sabrina has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and a Master’s in Composition, Rhetoric, and Digital Media. She is a member of the Public Relations Association, National Society for Experiential Education, and South Florida’s Black Professionals Network. She is a published author, avid learner, and dog mom.
